Correct Purchase and Delivery Details
The onus is on you, the customer, to provide accurate credit details, email address and delivery address.

Checking Credit Card Details
Dyson Wines accept your credit card orders in good faith. On ordering, you receive notification of the order via web page and via email. This is confirmation that order has been received, not confirmation that credit has been extended. Passing the on-line credit number check does not guarantee the order has been accepted.

Credit details are checked on arrival via manual means as if you, the customer, were at our cellar door. If credit details are rejected Dyson will destroy the order but will attempt to alert you to the problem via email. To secure your wine you will be required to order again.
Packaging and Guarantees
Dyson will guarantee to pack quality wine in sound bottles boxed in industry standard packaging for our courier services. These services guarantee safe delivery.

Dyson will refund money paid for wine which is not as described or wine that has spoilt in the sealed bottle. This is a most unlikely event, but is the simple extension of the long established practice of customer guarantee. Any return freight to Dyson must the paid for by the customer.

Goods and Services Tax
Dyson is required to pay goods and services tax (GST) on all sales within Australia. The order form provides an opportunity for an Australian customer to include the GST in the purchase. However, whether the customer specifically accepts the GST cost or not, if the delivery address is within Australia, Dyson is legally obiliged to add this charge to the purchase and will do so on the customer`s behalf.
